After reading so many reviews talking about polite personnel I really wasn't expecting such a bad experience. The check in was horrible, the personnel can barely speak English. Rooms are in a different building than the hall. No one proposed me to bring the baggage or accompany us and I had to find my way. The room was full of mosquitoes, I went to complain and the person at the desk couldn't understand the word 'mosquito'. At the breakfast the waitress is rude and doesn't greet clients and at 8am a person was cleaning the floor and moving around the chairs in a very noisy way. First and last time they see me. Stay away

This is a motel, first floor for parking, and checking is at another building. There are many valleys lead to Talat phlu station, be sure to choose less traffic for safety. Nearby you can find 7-11, tesco express, night market and the mall thaphra. The hotel send me many welcome mails, but the receptionist did not act the same way, they know nothing, but very happy to take my 1000 baht as deposit. room is cozy, clean, but the air conditioning is right above your head.

I really the receptionists and their spa. Love their spa shows nice destabilizing of treating you well and cozy. This is my first time doing foot massage on Lazy Boy sofa and I LOVE IT! Breakfast are congee which is yum and tasty. Room are very clean n cute, high scores!

Bad service. There was a very rude guy at the reception and he made every second of our check in a nightmare. İ arrived 01:30 am and it took more than 30 minutes for him to check me in and he was very rude. Other than that hotel was average according to the price. Don't expect to have room service at all by the way. İ wanted some extra towels and the receptionist said no! Can you believe this?
